GUIDELINES FOR USE OF THE SWIDS LIBRARY

1. All members are encouraged to use the SWIDS Library.

2. Contents of the SWIDS Library can be viewed on the web site (www.swids.org)

or by obtaining a hard copy from the Librarian.

3. To request Library items, please e-mail or phone the Librarian and ask for the

items by name as they appear on the inventory. Unless other arrangements are

made, the Librarian will bring the requested items to the next SWIDS meeting.

4. You will be required to sign a checkout card for the items obtained.

5. All items must be returned at the next SWIDS meeting. If the item has not been
